This guide may help you determine whether a patient is a candidate for CyberKnife and whether you should give them this option to consider pending a case conference review.  Case conferences are generally held on a weekly basis.

CyberKnife Case Conference
If you feel your patient may be a candidate, bring a CD of your patient's images and join us for a breakfast case conference currently being held on Fridays 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. in the Radiation Oncology Department Conference Room, 155 Hospital Dr., Suite 100, in Lafayette, or send your patient's information ahead of time and conference call in to participate (see below).  If you are unable to attend/participate and we receive all necessary information prior to the scheduled conference, then an opinion from our CyberKnife-trained physicians & multidisciplinary team will be sent to you / your office via fax and phone within the next business day.  All patients are subject to a case conference review.
