A patient's imaging (MRI, CT, PET scans) should be sent to us (preferred on a CD) to:
CyberKnife Center – Louisiana
ATTN: Case Conference

Fax: 337-289-8071
Medicare, Medicaid and most major insurances cover stereotactic radiosurgery, but all patients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to clarify benefits and eligibility.
Following a multidisciplinary CyberKnife team review of the patient's images and information, the patient will be notified if he/she is a CyberKnife candidate. All patients are treated by a CyberKnife trained radiation oncologist. Some patients also require a CyberKnife trained surgeon, so two consults may be required prior to treatment.
